Payment Methods

Our prefered method of payment is by credit/debit card using Paypal a secure online payment system. However if you do not want to pay by this method you can pay by cheque. Browse the site as normal to decide what you want (but do not press the add to basket button) then go to our pay by cheque page and follow the instructions.

Postage

Postage to UK adresses is included in the prices stated. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment and are sent by first class post. We are happy to send orders to a different address (inside the UK) from that of your billing address.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with our products or service then we will happily refund payment or replace any goods.

Please contact us within seven working days commencing from the day following delivery if you would like to return your order. On receipt of the the unwanted goods - providing they are unused and in the condition they were dispatched - we will refund the total amount. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of any goods and the cost of return delivery.

Please contact us within three working days of delivery of your order to inform us of any defective or faulty goods. We will happily refund or replace any defective goods.

Any information about our products and use of them is given in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, all information is supplied as guidance only and is not comprehensive. We can not be held responsible for the use/misuse of our products.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Contact information including email address and address is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
